The Eco-Leader Award
Do you know an individual or organization that stands up for the environment and takes charge to make a change within their community? Are you part of a project that will change the way your community engages with the environment? If so, Bosch wants to hear from you!
The acts of an Eco-Leader can be as simple as starting a re-usable coffee cup program or as challenging as leading a petition to have all office buildings in their community turn off their lights at night. The recipient of Bosch’s “Canadian Eco-Leader Award” could be any individual or not-for-profit organization with an environmentally focused grassroots project that engages in or intends to practice Bosch’s five principles of environmental protection - sustainability, responsibility, products, processes and continuous improvement.
The recipient of Bosch’s “Canadian Eco-Leader Award” will win a one-time monetary award of CDN $5,000 towards making their project a reality, as well as a mentoring opportunity where leaders from both Bosch and the environmental community will share their expertise and experience on eco-friendly, sustainable business practices and community education.
Bosch’s “Canadian Eco-Leader Award” is open to all residents of Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. Please review the Official Competition Rules before you complete the online nomination form below.
Good luck!
Nominations close: Sunday, September 19th, 2010
